Very poor communication from management regarding issues!!! Hot water only available after five minutes of running water, which isn't great for a shower!!! Balconies covered with pigeon droppings, which should be cleaned!!! A kettle with a broken lid is unacceptable!!!

The location is right in the center, bars and restaurants around you, super convenient for a night out. The digital check-in was simple, we arrived late but just used the code they sent us, no waiting around.

absoluteley worst experience ever. first, no electricity all night made it impossible to charge my devices, how ridiculous. then, I was denied a late check-out, despite many empty rooms. I expected a little compensation or an upgrade, but clearly, I was treated like everyone else. Such a shame, as I really wanted to give a good review, but just couldn’t.

The ambiance is fantastic, with a huge moon-shaped light at the entrance that sets a lovely first impression. Just a heads up, the self-check-in can be a bit tricky if you're arriving late, so be prepared with the codes to avoid any hassle. a great place to enjoy Bergamo, but they could definitely improve the check-in process.

The room was really beautiful with comfortable big beds, a modern bathroom, and super convenient amenities like air conditioning and a minibar. It had a balcony with a nice view. Smart TV and free toiletries. Check-in was easy, and we enjoyed the location being so central, close to everything. Perfect for our one night.
